RISFT_DELETE_DIARY - Shift Diary Deletion (China)

Purpose
You use this transaction to delete a shift diary based on plant, work center, date, or shift criteria.
In SAP, a shift diary is used to record maintenance crew attendance, equipment status, regular and adhoc maintenance tasks, shift notes, and other important information relating to a shift.
Integration
To search for a shift diary, see Shift Diary Search (transaction SFTOP4).
To takeover the diary of a previous shift, see Shift Diary Takeover (transaction SFTOP2).
Prerequisites
You are using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).
You have implemented the PM, Shift Management Localization Topics for China business function.
The user has the correct authorization to delete shift diaries. Note, deletion authorization is linked to maintenance crew ID. So, if you are authorized to delete shifts for maintenance crew ID CREW-001, then only shift diaries belonging to this crew are displayed to you.
Features
The shift diary contains data relating to equipment, regular tasks, and handover-oriented information .
Selection
A shift diary is created for a specific shift, day, crew, plant, and work center. The crew ID defaults based on the shift schedule.
Note, you can only delete a shift diary for which you have deletion authorization.

Output
The selected shift diaries are displayed in the SAP List Viewer. To display a shift diary in detail, double-click the relevant line item.
To delete a shift diary, select the corresponding shift diary, choose the Deletepushbutton, and confirm the deletion.
Activities
To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Plant Maintenance > Operations and Safety Management for China > Shift Diary > Shift Management > Shift Diary Deletion(transaction SFTOP3).
