RISFT_SEARCH_DIARY - Shift Diary Search (China)

Purpose

You use this transaction to search for a shift diary.

In SAP, a shift diary is used to record maintenance crew attendance, equipment status, regular and adhoc maintenance tasks, shift notes, and other important information relating to a shift.

Integration

To create a shift diary, see Shift Diary(transaction SFTOP1).

To takeover the diary of a previous shift, see Shift Diary Takeover (transaction SFTOP2).

Prerequisites

You are using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functions within Plant Maintenance (PM).

You have implemented the PM, Shift Management Localization Topics for China business function.

The user has the correct authorization to display shift diaries.

Features

The shift diary retrieves and displays data from various sources, including the regular task schedule, shift schedule, as well as various Customizing tables.

Selection

A shift diary is created for a specific shift, day, plant, and work center. The maintenance crew ID defaults based on the shift schedule.

You can display shift diaries without restriction. However, creating or changing a shift diary is dependent on the handover and takeover status of the previous shift diaries. In particular, a shift diary can only be created when the previous two shift diaries have been created and handed over.

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Plant Maintenance > Operations and Safety Management for China > Shift Management > Shift Diary > Shift Diary Search(transaction SFTOP4).
