RISSR_IF_PERIV_FILL - ISSR: Create Statutory Reporting Fiscal Year Variant for SL

Purpose

You must create a fiscal year variant with 366 periods for insurance statutory reporting. This program creates the variant for you with 366 periods in Customizing table T009/T009B. If "SR" already exists for less than 366 periods, you change the name to a freely-definable name.
