RISSR_MIG_SE - ISSR: Migrate/Import Securities

Purpose

To transfer flows from CFM (operative valuation area only) to Insurance Statutory Reporting. The flows can be transferred on a continuous or one-off (by migration) basis. Before data is migrated, the positions should be initialized (at the end of the previous year, for example, December 31, 2002) using report RISSR_MIG_SE_BST. This also takes the entries in table VWVORTRAG/BCKVWVORTRAG into account.

Integration

The report depends on the settings that you configured for initializing the positions (RISSR_MIG_SE_BST). If you have created positions there before the issue currency conversion/transition to the euro by setting the indicator "Positions in Currency Before Issue Currency Conversion", for example, you must select the "Show Historical Issue Currency?" indicator here. Failing to do so can lead to indefinable positions (in legacy currency and more positions in current position currency). If a position initialization was also carried out, you must also select the "Include Reversal Records?" indicator if flows included in the position initialization are reversed with a posting date > position initialization.

Selection

"Display Historical Issue Currency?" Issue currency conversions are modeled in CFM by converting the entire cash flow (including flows before the issue currency conversion) to the new position currency. If you select this indicator, flows before the issue currency conversion are created in the position currency currently valid in statutory reporting. The issue currency conversion is represented as an outflow in the old currency and an inflow in the new position currency. (Note the dependency with regard to position initialization.)

"Include Reversal Records"If this indicator is set, reversed flows are transferred to statutory reporting (note the above dependency with regard to position initialization).
