RISSR_MIG_SE_BST - ISSR: Migration of Positions from TR-SE

Purpose

Migration of Treasury Securities. Key date positions are transferred to insurance statutory reporting (table ISSRPREFLOW). The positions are determined using the function module ACCUMULATION_DEPOT.

Integration

Note the dependencies regarding the report for importing/migrating flows (Pos.in crcy bef.iss.crcy chng? indicator).

Key Date

Automatically defaulted to the last day of the previous year.Note that you have to reconcile the flow migration yourself.

Pos.in crcy bef.iss.crcy chng?

If you select this field, the position is created in the currency that was valid before the first issue currency change (after the key date) for each ID number that has an issue currency conversion (corporate action category 05) after the key date.

Example:

Issue currency 1/1/2000 = DEM

Key date for position initialization 12/31/2002

Issue currency conversion 2/1/2002 to EUR.

=> Position is determined in DEM on 12/31/2002 and updated to statutory reporting.

Caution: This can cause discrepancies in comparisons with CFM/Treasury because the cash flow is always managed here for all flows (as well as with the date before the issue currency conversion) in the issue currency that is currently valid. Note the dependencies regarding report RISSR_MIG_SE (Import/Migration of Securities Flows). If you have set the Pos.in crcy bef.iss.crcy chng?indicator for the position initialization, you must also set the Show Historical Issue Currency? indicator for report RISSR_MIG_SE as otherwise the positions for securities with issue currency conversions will contain errors.

You can execute this report in a test or update run.

Output

The status of the derived flows is shown by the colors green (posted/can be posted), yellow (already exists, and red (cannot be posted) in the output list. You can then choose the Log pushbutton to retrieve further information about the individual asset.
