Title

Subsequent Posting

Purpose

The report RISSR_NABU posts ISSRPREFLOW flows for an SR variant to the SR position table.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have already made the required Customizing settings.

Features

Selection

When the flows are generated, you can choose in the Position Flows to Be Generated screen area whether:

  1. The entire hierarchy (feeder system flows and transfer posting flows for premium reserve funds)
  2. or just transfer posting flows for premium reserve funds

are to be generated/posted.

If you have selected the Update Status Line? checkbox, the system displays additional information in the status line, such as which flows are currently being processed.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays a posting log. The traffic light icon (first column in the log) shows either a green or yellow light:

  • A green light indicates that the relevant records was transferred to the SR ledger when this report was run.
  • A yellow light indicates that a record to be created (based on the selection made) already exists in SR and was not created a second time.

The report RISSR_NABU logs records containing errors and records that the system could not copy from the feeder system table ISSRPREFLOW in the error log. You can call up this log using the relevant pushbutton in the toolbar. You can also find records here that do not have an SR master record.

If the report is run as part of a batch process, it writes the error log to the log database. You can display the error log with the Application Log: Display Logs application (transaction code SLG1) with object ISSR, report name RISSR_NABU, and possibly other restrictions.
