RISU_WUI_FILTER_CLEANUP - Cleanup obsolete entries in user dependent ISU filter criteria table

Purpose

You can use this report to clean up the database table ISU_WUI_DOC_FLTR. You can either clean all entries for users that no longer exist in the system, delete a single entry, or initialize the entire database.

Selection

On the selection screen, you can choose 1 of 3 possible modes in which to run the report:

• Using mode 1, you can enter a name that deletes the user's entry from the database.

• Using mode 2, you can delete all user entries that no longer exist in the system.

• Using mode 3 deletes all entries in the database.

Standard Variants

Output

You will receive a confirmation of deleted entries, information regarding the number of entries that were deleted, the user names pertaining to the deleted entries, as well as how many entries remain in the table.
