Title

Change to mix type definition from 4.61

Purpose

Program RJDXPRA461_JDTBEZTYP_FILL converts the mix type definitions for IS-M Release 4.61:

Before 4.61: Mix type def. in JDTBZUS (incl. ad pre-print data)
Mix types edition-independent in TJD07/08

From 4.61: - No more ad pre-print data in JDTBZUS
- Mix type edition-dependent (incl. ad pre-print data)
in the new table JDTBEZTYP

The XPRA can be run several times.

Special feature:
- If TJD08 in several languages => text is migrated for SY-LANGU
