RJGADRCK - IS-M/SD: Address Changes: Check Run for Orders

Description

The program checks the delivery viability set for orders based on address changes. If delivery is still possible for the order after the address change, the order is updated automatically by the system. If this is not the case, output determination creates a system resubmission.
Locked orders are ignored and included in the next check run.

Requirements

Output master data must be maintained so that system resubmission can be generated. When doing this, you can create mail addressees and appropriate mail attributes like 'Express mail'.
The mail can only be processed if you enter the processing program RJGADRCV in the communication data and specify the following additional parameters:

Parameter 1: JKAP-VBELN with ID = JK0

Parameter 2: JKAP-POSEX with ID = JK2

Parameter 3: JKAP-POSNR with ID = JKP
You can then access the order item directly from your mail inbox by clicking the 'Process' pushbutton.

Output

The check run creates a log listing all the orders affected by the address change with the appropriate checking result.
