RJGADRCK_A - IS-M/SD: Address Changes: Check Run for Orders

Description

This program checks delivery viability for orders based on address changes. If delivery is still possible for an order after an address change, the system automatically refreshes the order. If this is not the case, the output determination function generates a follow-up.
Locked orders are ignored and taken into account during the next check run.

Requirements

You must maintain output master data so that the follow-up can be generated. You can enter mail addressees and specify attributes, such as express mail, in the output master data.

To enable the system to process the mail, it is important that you enter program RJGADRCV in the communication data and specify the following parameters:

Parameter 1: JKAP-VBELN with ID = JK0

Parameter 2: JKAP-POSEX with ID = JK2

Parameter 3: JKAP-POSNR with ID = JKP

These settings allow you to access the order item directly from your mail inbox by choosing the PROCESS button.

Output

The check run generates a log listing all the orders affected by the address change and the corresponding check result.
