Title

Report RJHABS16

Purpose

Functions in report RJHABS16 are similar to those in RJHABS10. In addition to contract selection, it gives you the option of generating output or renewing contracts.

Integration

RJHABS16 is based on the logical database HV0J. This report gives you the option of using free selections to make the selection criteria more flexible in order to meet the users requirements.

Selection

The selection screen for the report contains a small number of basic attributes; the number of hits can be restricted more comprehensively using free selections (and saved as a variant).

You can enter an output trigger on the selection screen for output generation. The predefined due for renewal, close to end of validity period and non-fulfillment triggers are the same as those in RJHABS10. You can define additional triggers in Customizing and treat these according to your requirements in output determination. This means it is possible to select contracts using any criteria and generate any output for selected contracts.
