Title
Return Actual Data Manually from the Technical System (Online)
Purpose
This report is used to return actual data from the technical system (online) manually.
Prerequisites
No technical system (online) is connected to the Advertising Management System.
Features
This report has a selection and display screen.
Selection
The following selection criteria are available on the selection screen:
- Basic booking unit
- Content component for schedule line
- Planned publication date
- Published schedule lines (checkbox field)
If this indicator is selected, the system displays published schedule lines and those that have not yet been published in the schedule lines table.
If this indicator is not selected, the system only displays schedule lines that have not yet been published.
Output
The system displays online schedule lines that match the selection criteria in a table on the display screen. Schedule lines are sorted by sales document, item, sub-item and schedule line number in ascending order. They can however be sorted differently using the Sort function. Standard table control functions can be used to edit the table.

An online schedule line has been published
Actual gross impressions
are to be entered or status characteristics set that would have been returned to the Advertising Management System by a connected technical system.
