Description

This program resets the preceding document reference in items (JHFTP) from contract settlement billing items using a predecessor contract settlement item.

The following fields are changed: JHTFP-VGBEL, -VGPOS, -VGETE, -VGTYP, -VGOBJ und -VGFKTYP.

Requirements

This report can be started or restarted at any time, regardless of whether you are working in the BATCH or ONLINE environment. Prerequisite:

During this period, you cannot make changes to billing documents (JHTFK, JHTFP, JHTFPA) (new creation or update).

Output

The following log entries are generated:

  • Starting time and date of the program
  • Start of processing in each client
  • Number of document items processed (cumulated for each client)
  • Error message for documents that have not been processed if required
  • Success message
  • End time and date of the program run
