RJJARC30 - IS-M/AM: Archive Order: Create Archive Data

Description

Create archive file (ADK) for IS-M/AM contracts.
This report checks whether a contract can be archived.
COAs are only archived if their date JHTVKO-R_DATUM is earlier than the
selection date and their contract number is included in the selection.
Final settlement must be performed for the ABRSTATUS and each contract
settlement must have the billed or cancelled status.

Document flow is used to check that the contract
no longer has any successor
documents (contracts
/billing documents). A billing document can only be archived if
this is the case.
Requirements
The deletion program that physically deletes the billing tables must
be run once this program has been run.
