Update Indexes for Determining Customer Potential for the Sales Agent

Purpose

The system accesses special indexes when it determines the customer potental. This means the the customer can be determined directly from the zones recorded in the requirement elements.

You should use this program at appropriate points (such as before sales agent responsibilities are adjusted or periodically) to adjust these indices to reflect the current status of the business partner data. This ensures that information used in RJJGA003 or the Display customer potential function in contract maintenance is current.

Integration

If you are using free attributes to assign business partners to sales agents or other roles in addition to the contract holder are relevant, you should use enhancement JJGA0014 to reproduce these relationships.
