Title

Make Entries in JJCPCLASSCONV Assignment Table

Purpose

This report copies classes from KA J12 into the JJCPCLASSCONV table. This table can also be used to control whether a class and the corresponding contact person assignments are copied into KA J13 (contact person) and/or into KA J14 (contact person relationship). If a class is to be migrated into J13 or J14, the corresponding indicator must be selected for each class in the JJCPCLASSCONV table. The select options for the report can be used to generally select the J13 and/or J14 column in the classes during transfer to the table. This saves time if you usually require most classes to be selected).
Table maintenance functions can be used to subsequently enter information in the JJCPCLASSCONV table once the report has been run. The report can be started in a test session and the log saved in the application log.

Report RJJ_MD_CP_CLASS_CONV4 is used to delete the contents of the table.
