Description

Postal charge forecast for labeled periodical post

• Data basis: Drop-offs

• Selection screen:

• You can specify a publication and edition or instead a postal distribution indicator.

• You can define the evaluation period either by specifying the shipping date or publication date or issue number (including the year).

Requirements

• The postal charges for labeled periodical post is calculated according to the weight of a package (including all inserts, gross weight) plus a surcharge for airmail distribution.

• A package may comprise several copies of a newspaper.

• The currency must be the same as that in which the postal charges are recorded.

Output

• The list generated provides a detailed overview of the charges incurred.

• You can double click on a line or choose the 'Display condition' pushbutton to analyze the conditions and their value stored behind a postal charge. The functions available here correspond to the standard pricing functions.
