RJSKGSCH - IS-M/SD: Refresh/Delete District Municipality Keys in Orders

Description

Program RJSKGSCH refreshes the district municipality keys in the orders on hand.

Which data is updated?

The district municipality key is delivered for addresses in Germany by the German postal service. There is no district municipality key for addresses in other countries.

This program enters, deletes or updates the district municipality key in the orders on hand (JKPA and JKAPRV).

Conversion logic:
The current district municipality key from the city file JSTORTPRO is entered in all the initial district municipality keys (for addresses in Germany) for the JKPA records (for ship-to parties).
The current district municipality key from the city file JSTORTPRO is entered in all the initial district municipality keys (for addresses in Germany) for the JKPARV records (backdated subscriptions).
Please note: This program does not enter or update district municipality keys for orders that belong to the sales document type 'Carrier route reserves'. The district municipality key for these orders is determined directly when the distribution analysis for circulation auditing is executed. (The address of the unloading point forms the basis for determining the district municipality key in carrier route-related orders.)

If the district municipality key has changed in the postal data, you can perform a deletion run to initialize the key in the order data and then update it by running the program again.

This program can be used particularly before determining the circulation audit type for the distribution analysis (program RJIVBRAN) to update the district municipality keys in the orders on hand.

Selection options:

You must specify the country key for Germany.

Selection can be restricted to certain clients and orders and deletion can additionally be restricted to certain district municipality keys.

Output

The program lists the number of records converted/deleted and logs any errors that occurred.
