Description
Batch transfer program: Transfers P.O. box racks for German postal service.
Requirements
No P.O. box racks should be created for the area covered by the German postal service.
Output
Error log listing errored records and those not transferred. If the end of the dataset is reached, this is noted at the end of the log.
