Description

Evaluations of order complaints.

This report enables you to evaluate complaints for a key date in the following four ways:

  • Annual evaluation: Statistics of all complaints from the start of the year through the key date. The list contains the number of complaints divided according to carrier route, delivery round, delivery type and complaint reason.

  • Monthly evaluation: Statistics of all complaints from the start of the month through the key date. The list contains the number of complaints divided according to carrier route, delivery round, delivery type and complaint reason.

  • Daily evaluation: Statistics of all complaints on the key date. The list contains all complaints with details on the customer and the total number of complaints for each individual complaint reason.

  • Annual evaluation for multiple complaints: Statistics of all complaints from the beginning of the year through the key date. The list displays the for each customer for whom at least two complaints were recorded in this period.

Requirements

The report only evaluates complaints that refer to subscriptions supplied by home delivery and for which the user has display authorization.
