Description

Caution: This program must never be run in normal operations.

This program generates netchange records for an order in tables JVTNCT1/2/3/4/5. These records can be used to 'deduct' the old status of this order.

This program should only be run in exceptional situations, for example during netchange problem handling in connection with other problem service reports.
