Description
Caution: This report should never be executed in normal operations.
It can be used to find delivery duplicates for a planning trigger and eliminate them.
The report is always inactive by default and if it is needed it must be modified according to the actual problem scenario encountered.
It should only be used in exceptional situations, for example during netchange problem handling in connection with further problem service reports.
