Description
The program RJ-JANEU can be used to reorganize information structures from legacy documents. It reads IS-M/AM orders (complaints and returns) and updates statistics data in the information structures as would be the case if these documents had been created as new documents.
This program currently only processes orders that exist in the system. Archived correction orders cannot currently be processed for the reorganization run.

Some function details
- Version for reorganization
The program reads the selected correction requests and initiates the statistics update. During the online update, statistics data is recorded under version "000". This data is recorded under a number you specify on the selection screen during this procedure. The version specified during reorganization must either start with "&" or with the number "000". All others are reserved for the planning function. Version "000" is the version used to manage "productive actual data" in the Logistics Information System. This means that data that may already have been updated may still exist after the reorganization run if version "000" has not been specified explicitly on the selection screen.
- Redetermine update groups and update documents
You can specify whether the program redetermines update groups for correction orders on the selection screen ("Redetermine update group" field) and updates the correction orders ("Update orders" field). If you select these options, the system takes account of changes that have been made in Customizing since the correction orders were entered during the reorganization run and makes the necessary changes in these documents. (It is not however possible to update archived documents).
- Validity period restriction
You can specify when the program is to terminate the reorganization run on the selection screen ("Termination date" and "Termination time" fields). You can for example specify that the reorganization run that is performed over a weekend is to be terminated on Monday morning when the online mode takes over. This is particularly important if correction orders are to be blocked during the run. The system records the status at the time of termination in a table (TMCW3) so that continuation at a later stage is possible by specifying a run name ("Name of run" field).
- Block all correction orders
To prevent correction orders being changed when the system is reorganizing the information structures, you should select the "Block all orders" parameter. This parameter should not be selected for a test run.
- Error handling
If the program finds an errored document (for example, the customer does not exist in the document,....), it enters the document in the batch log. This document is not taken into account during reorganization.
Requirements
This program should only be run during background processing. Exception: Test system with small dataset.
You are strongly advised to read the Setup Statistics Data in the IMG before running this program.
