Description

To maintain settlement document number ranges, you must first have entered all the existing controlling areas in table TKB08. Table TKB08 is updated automatically when you enter a new controlling area. Use this report to update the table for existing controlling areas. The report determines the controlling areas entered and checks table TKB08 for an entry. If no entry exists for the controlling area, the report adds one.

The report

  • is not client dependent

  • is linked to the log interface

  • can be restarted

  • lists the entries added to table TKB08

This means you can start the report as an XPRA report.

Requirements

None

Output

List of the controlling areas added to table TKB08, or a message that the controlling areas were already entered there.

If the report is concluded withough any problems occurring, the log interface generates a message to that effect.
