RKEPLUT1 - CO-PA Planning: Repair Planning Layout If OEKZ Was Changed

Description

You can define values for the CO-PA characteristics in planning layouts. However, a characteristic cannot be used for planning unless it is updated at the segment level. This is controlled via the OEKZ flag.

If this flag was deleted when you created a planning layout, an abend occurs in planning.

This program deletes these entries (which are no longer permitted) in the planning layout.
