RKETKEF_40C - Convert TKEB from TKEBL

Description

1. To be able to analysis profits by profit center using transfer prices, you must have the fixed characteristic "Partner profit center" in your operating concern.
   This program turns the technical field PPRCTR into a characteristic. It changes the entries in the field catalog for TKEF and TKEFD.
   For all existing operating concerns, it automatically sets this characteristic to "off" in the segment-level characteristics.
2. In addition, it adds a reference to the texts for the values of the characteristic "WBS element".

You can also repeat this program as often as you like using transaction SE38 or SA38.
