Purpose
You can use this program to transfer changes to profitability segments from different operating concerns to the SAP HANA database.
The profitability segments are transferred during the realignment run. If errors occur in the realignment run during the transfer, the errors are output in the error log. You can use this program to trigger the transfer of profitability segments again.
Due to the high data volume, the program also offers the option of parallelizing the transfer. Due to technical restrictions, however, you can only use this option when you start the program in the background. When you start the program online, the transfer cannot be parallelized.
Integration
Only use this program if you want to read CO-PA data from the SAP HANA database and if errors occurred in the realignment run during the transfer of profitability segments.
Prerequisites
You can only use this program when you have made the following settings in the system:
The operating concern must be activated for the SAP HANA database transaction KEHC
You have made the Customizing settings for activating the CO-PA Accelerator.
You have defined a valid database connection. You do this in transaction DBCO.
You have set the “Include Realignments” indicator in transaction KEHC.
Features
Selection
The selection fields affect how the program works as follows:
Server group
Use the server group that you have configured in transaction RZ12 for this application.
Number of parallel processes
Use as many parallel processes as the server group permits.
Package size
SAP recommends a package size of 20,000 entries.
Operating concern
Specify one operating concern. The system transfers the profitability objects for this operating concern.
