Description

This report is the actual warehouse activity monitor report. You cannot call up this report directly. You can only call it up via transaction LL01 (from the Warehouse Management screen: Environment -> Warehouse activity monitor) by report RLLL0100.

If warehouse activity monitor report RLLL0000 is called up by report RLLL0100 with a variant, the system will not display a selection screen. If warehouse activity monitor report RLLL0000 is called up by report RLLL0100 without a variant, the system will display a selection screen on which you can select the warehouse activity monitor objects to be displayed by the warehouse activity monitor. In addition, you can specify selection criteria for the warehouse activity monitor objects.

Output

Warehouse activity monitor report RLLL0000 retrieves the critical processes and situations from special database tables, LL01 to LL05, which are filled and reorganised in batch mode by evaluation reports RLLL01SE to RLLL07SE. The critical processes and situations pertaining to the individual warehouse activity monitor objects are displayed hierarchically on the warehouse activity monitor overview screen.

By expanding a node of the hierarchy, you can display sub-objects of a warehouse activity monitor object. For example, you can display the transfer order items by movement type by clicking the "Unconfirmed transfer orders" warehouse activity monitor object.

From the overview screen, you can run the evaluation report for a specific warehouse activity monitor object to retrieve current data for this object. To do this, place the cursor on the desired warehouse monitor activity object and choose Edit -> Determine data again.

By double-clicking a warehouse activity monitor object or a sub-object of a warehouse activity monitor object, you can go to a detailed display screen for the warehouse activity monitor object. This screen displays all critical processes for a warehouse activity monitor object on a line-by-line basis. The ABAP list viewer is used for the the detailed display.

The detailed display screen of a warehouse activity monitor object provides you with the following functions regardless of the object displayed:

  • Enter processing notes for a critical process
  • Display processing information for a warehouse activity monitor object
  • Display error log messages after performing a task

Depending on the warehouse activity monitor object, you can use additional functions. For each warehouse activity monitor object, these include:

  • Unconfirmed transfer orders:
  • Confirm transfer order item in background

  • Confirm transfer order item in foreground

  • Cancel transfer order item in background

  • Block storage bins (source, destination or return storage bins) for a TO item

  • Unlock storage bins (source, destination or return storage bins) for a TO item

  • Display stock and movement data for the storage bins used for a TO item

  • Reprint a TO item

  • Open transfer requirements:
  • Set status of TR item to "delivery completed"

  • Create transfer order for TR item in foreground

  • Create transfer order for TR item in background

  • Open posting change notices:
  • Create transfer order for posting change notice in foregrouond

  • Create transfer order for posting change notice in background

  • Critical deliveries:
  • Create transfer order for delivery in foreground

  • Create transfer order for delivery in background

  • Negative stocks:
  • Display all transfer order items for quant

  • Interim storage stock without movement:
  • Display all transfer order items for quant

  • Critical stocks for production supply:
  • Display all transfer order items for quant

  • Display transfer requirements and reservations for the material and storage bin
