RLMDB_CLEANUP_ADDTL_ATTRIBUTES - Clean Up Orphans and Duplicates of Additional Attributes

Purpose

With this report, you can clean up the duplicated and orphaned additional attributes in the Landscape Management Database (LMDB).

Integration

Prerequisites

To use this report, your user needs the authorization object AI_LMDB_AD.
To use the display mode, you need the activity Display (03).
To execute a cleanup, you need the activity Administer (70).

Features

Selection

Select Display Only mode if you only want to see whether there are any duplicates or orphaned attributes.

Select Execute Cleanup mode to clean up the duplicates and orphaned attributes.

To cleanup duplicates, attributes with empty or identical values are removed. If each duplicate of an attribute contains different values, both remain. In this case, clean up the duplicates manually: In the LMDB, open the affected object in edit mode and remove the unexpected attributes.
