Purpose

Displaying traced details for each incoming data supplier payload:

  • Date and Time of the processing are displayed, and the Namespace in which the resulting CIM data is finally stored.
  • Supplier Name and Key Instance Caption identify the individual data supplier from which the processed payload in coming.
  • Skipped by Fingerprint shows that the payload has already been processed in the past and did not need to be processed again. For more details on this fingerprint mechanism, please see settings for DataSupplier.SkipIfUnchanged and DataSupplier.FingerprintExpirationHours described in SAP Note 2340648.
  • The Name of the user and the overall status of the application log (Message Type) are displayed in own columns.
  • For statistical purposes, the number of changed objects (Change Operations) or even unchanged objects (Keep Operations) are shown, as well the Runtime for processing this payload.

Prerequisites

The tracing of data supplier processing must be switched on, as described in SAP Note 2196245. By default, this tracing is switched off.

Features

  • Display selected XML in a popup.
  • Download XML payload to file system.
  • Reprocess selected XML payload again.
  • Display the application log for a closer look at detailed data supplier processing.
  • Sort, group, and filter the entries of the resulting table. In addition, you can export the table to Microsoft Excel or print it directly.
  • Refresh the results.
