RLXVAS_ARC_WRI - Standard Archiving: Write VAS Archive

Purpose

This report archives completed VAS orders. The residence time is determined using the date of the last VAS order update.

When you run this report, you can archive VAS orders for several warehouses simultaneously, generating only one archiving file up to the maximum file size (100MB by default).

If you require one archive file per warehouse, you must run the report for each warehouse separately.

Integration

Prerequisites

Use transaction SARAfor the LXVAS_ARCarchiving object and choose Write to set-up the system for archiving:

• Specify when the program is to be run using Start Date

• Use Spool Parameters to determine how the printer output from the program will be handled

• Check the path and archive names, located in the platform-independent table of archive names. The system then references a logical data path that you can maintain as a system parameter

• Create variants for the archiving report

• Define the size of the archive file in MB and/or limit the maximum number of resources per archive file.

This archive report creates the archives and then starts the deletion program as a job for each archive.
