RLXYRD_ACT_DEL - Standard Archiving: Delete YM Data When Archived

Purpose
You can use this report to delete yard management activity data from the database after reading them from the archive. The Test Modeoption allows you to view the potential database changes and then decide whether you would like to make them. The Production Mode makes the changes without displaying the changes first.
The archive selection determines for which archive files a delete job will be run.
Integration
Prerequisites
Use transaction SARAfor the LXYRD_ACTarchiving object and choose Delete to set-up the following parameters:
- Start Date specifies when the delete program is to be run
- Archive Schedule of the delete program job
- Spool Parameters determines how the printer output from the delete program will be handled.

Test Mode, the output will provide you with the statistics about the total number of objects and the dependent records in each table that could be deleted from the database.
In Production Mode, the output will provide you with statistics about the total number of objects and the number of dependent records in each table that were deleted from the database.
