RM07IDRUN - Print Physical Inventory Document

Description

This report is used to print physical inventory documents.

You can use the printed physical inventory documents as physical inventory lists. You enter the counting results manually on the printout of the physical inventory document. The printout containing the entered counting results is then used to enter the counting results in the system.

Requirements

To print the physical inventory documents, you need authorization for displaying and printing physical inventory documents (authorization object M_ISEG_WIB).

Output

The report does not generate a list, but creates a print request. Depending on how the customizing is set, the print is sent to the print queue immediately or it is stored for a scheduled printout.

• To create the output request, select Create Requests. The requests will be created according to the selection and the customizing

• To preview the output request, select Preview Requests. If the output management setup is correct, the system will show the requests that will be created

• To view existing output requests, select Manage Requests. You can check the status, delete, or modify requests

• To delete existing requests via a background job, select Manage Requestswith the addition of Delete Requests Directly which deletes all requests according to the selection

• To process scheduled requests which are not sent to the print queue directly, select Process Scheduled. You can run the report with this function in the background as well.
