Title

Display of physical inventory documents for a material

Purpose

This report outputs a list of physical inventory documents posted for a material.

Integration

Prerequisites

For all selected plants, you require authorization to display physical inventory documents (authorization object Phys. Inv.: Phys. Inv. Document in Plant, activity 03).

Features

You can select the documents and their items by status and time.

Selection

Output

• Physical inventory document

• Physical inventory document item

• Batch

• Posting period

• Planned count date

• Actual count date

• Stock type

• Physical inventory number

• Document status (document active = differences not cleared)

• Plant

• Storage location

• Special stock indicator

• Description of special stock

If you place the cursor on a physical inventory document, you can display:

• The overview of the physical inventory document, by choosing Display document

• The physical inventory history for a physical inventory document item, by choosing Inventory history.

If you place the cursor on a material and choose Total material, an overview of the difference quantities and differences values for the current year and the previous year, broken down by plant and storage location, appears.
