Report RM07MAAU: analysis of material document archives

Description

This report reads the material document archives and displays all documents satisfying the selection criteria entered.

Requirements

Archives containing relevant material documents must exist.

Output

The system first displays all material document archives, irrespective of the selection criteria entered. In this list, you can select the desired archives.

As a result, you obtain a list of material documents belonging to these archives. If the archives contain documents that do not satisfy your selection criteria, the system prompts you to specify whether these documents are to be displayed anyway.

You can select a document from the list of material documents. The system then displays a list of all items contained in this material document.

You can select an item from the list. The system then displays the details for this item. From the detail screen of the item, you can go directly to the details of any other item, the previous item, or the next item.
