Description

Report to set the deletion indicator in physical inventory (PI) documents whose retention period has expired but which could not be archived.

This report sets the deletion indicator in the header of all PI documents written to table TXSTA by the archiving program MBREOI00.

These are PI documents that:

• Cannot be archived because the differences have not been posted, but

• Cannot be processed further because the posting period is older than the previous period

When you have set the deletion indicator using this report, rerun the archiving program to physically delete the documents.

Requirements

Output

The report does not output a list but sets the deletion indicator for all PI documents listed in table TXSTA.
