RMPE_OAC_COMPARE_WITH_CONF - Comparative Analysis of Operation Confirmations and OA Execution Data

Purpose

You can use this report to run a comparative analysis of operation confirmations and operation activity execution data. The report checks the confirmation status and actual quantities of operations against the status and actual quantities of the operation activities executed for these operations. The system performs the comparative analysis only for order operations for which actions have been executed for the operation activities.

Selection

You have the option to refine the order selection, for example, by entering order number, plant, material, order type, and creation date. You can also specify whether you want the report to display only those orders for which deviations exist between the confirmation status or actual quantities of operations and the status or actual quantities of executed operation activities.

Standard Variants

Output

The table shows a list of operations with the following traffic light statuses:

• Green: The confirmation status of the operation matches the status of the executed operation activities.

• Yellow: The confirmation status of the operation is not up to date, so a comparative analysis was not possible.

• Red: A deviation was found when comparing the confirmation status and actual quantities of the operation against the status and actual quantities of the executed operation activities. If the report expects the operation to be partially confirmed, for example, because the operation activities are still in process, then it highlights the Final Confirmation column. If the report finds a deviation with the quantity of yield or scrap, it highlights the respective column and shows the quantity difference between the executed quantity of all operation activities and the confirmed yield/scrap of the operation.

Note: If you selected the Display Only Deviations checkbox, you only see entries with a yellow or red traffic light.
