RN1AETITLE_MIGR - Migration of Radiological Examination Equipment Master Data
RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
The report migrates master data concerning radiology examination devices (modalities or AETitle) to new data structures. The new data structure permits the modality to be assigned to several performing organizational units.
The report can be started several times as in each case only those data records are copied which can also be successfully stored in the target tables.
Alternatively you can enter the modalities’ master data in the Introductory Guide under Industry Solution Clinical System > Radiology > Component RAD IC (Image Connector) > Resources (AETitle) or Define Modality - OU Assignment.Note that master data migration is not possible if you would like to assign a modality to several performing organizational units.
Note that you must migrate modality master data if you already use the component RAD IC prior to Release 6.00. You perform the migration during release change to Release 6.00 or higher. If you only use the component RAD IC as of Release 6.00 it is not necessary to execute the report.
Integration
This report is part of the component RAD IC (Image Connector) requiring its own license.
Prerequisites
Features
Selection
You can execute the report in a test run. The test run cycles through all checks, but makes no changes to the database.
Standard Variants
Output
The report reads all modalities from the old data structure (database table TN1AETITLE) and inserts them into the new data structure (database tables N1AET and N1AETOUA). All the successfully copied data records are then deleted from the database table TN1AETITLE.
The report creates a log per modality indicating the steps performed and any errors which may have occurred.
