RN1APMG_MIGRATE_POBDC - Transfers Day Comments into New Table N1POBDC

Purpose

This report is used to migrate day comments that were entered in your system prior to SAP ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 5.

A change to the day comments in Enhancement Package 5 means that you have to migrate the previously entered day comments, so that they can continue to be displayed. The system copies all selected day comments from the table NATM into the new table NIPOBDC.

Note that you can run the report at any time and also repeatedly in your system.

Features

Selection

Specify all planning objects for which the day comments are to be migrated.

Specify the period from which the day comments for the selected planning objects are to be transferred. Note that day comments that span several days are only transferred if they occur in full within the chosen selection period.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates a list of the data that was migrated.
