RN1CHART_DEL_USR_LAYO - Reset of Unsaved Changes to Chart Layout

Purpose
This report deletes chart layouts, which the system implicitly or automatically saves on a patient- and user-specific basis, when you exit the Smart Chart.
Implicitly saved chart layouts can be recognized as the indicator IS_IMPLICIT is set. The layouts are saved in table N2CHART_USR_LAYO.
The report does not delete any user-defined chart layouts.
Integration
Prerequisites
If you wish to execute the report, you must have authorization N_EINR_REP.
Features
The report is started once as a batch job and then regularly deletes all chart layouts flagged with IS_IMPLICIT, which have not been used for a specific number of days.
Selection
The report is started together with a variant, in which the information on the age of the layouts to be deleted is contained. Create a variant before starting the report.
1.,,Execute transaction SA38 and use Goto → Variants to create a variant. Enter the desired variable in the field Reset to Date, for example Current System Date - 7 Days.
2.,,In the Data Browser execute the program System → Services → Reporting → RN1CHART_DEL_USR_LAYO. Choose a variant for the execution of the report and activate the field Reset Log.
If you choose Test Run, the chart layouts in the database are not deleted.
Standard Variants
Output
At the end of run time the report lists all layouts which have been deleted from the database.
You can see a detailed log in Business Application Logging using the following selection:
