Purpose

This report corrects the admission order items which were flagged as "OR " - order items due to data errors in the master data for order types when they were created. Surgery anchor services were also created for these admission order items.

The report corrects the following:

  • Deletion of OR specification in the master data of the order items concerned
  • Deletion of anchor services for these order items

This report changes and deletes only client-dependent data, i.e the report must be executed for each client on your system.

You can execute the report on your system at any time. You should note that you must execute the report if you used the clinical system with Release 4.72 before patch 04. If you only used the component after patch 04 of Release 4.72, you do not need to execute the report.

Selection

The following selection criteria are available for controlling the execution of the report:

  • Smallest VKGID (identification of order item)
  • Greatest VKGID
Using these you restrict the execution of the report to specific order items (or preregistrations). You can use the lowest VKGID to select an order item or, together with the greatest VKGID to select an area of order items.
  • All order items,,
The report takes into account all order items during the execution.
  • Test run
If you choose the test run, the report makes no changes to the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The report changes the following database tables:

  • Management of order items (N1VKG)
  • Service management (NLEM and NLEI)

The report creates a log that displays the number of changed/deleted data records and the key field (identification of order item or sequence number of service) for each changed/deleted data record.
