RN1CORRECT_NTMN - Corerction Planning Objects for Admission Appointments

Purpose

This report checks whether the organizational unit (OU) for admission appointments and the planning object match. The planning object must be created andactively saved for the OU.

If there is an active planning object for the OU from the admission appointment, this planning object is engtered in the admission appointment. If there is no (active) planning object for the OU from the admission appointment, the admission appointment is canceled.

You can execute the report at any time on your system. Note that you must execute the report if you used the clinical system with Release 4.63A before Patch 18. If you only started to use the clinical system after Patch 18 of Release 4.63A, the execution of the report is not absolutely necessary.

Selection

The following selection parameters are available for controlling the execution of the report:

• Date

You restrict the check of the admission appointments to a specific period of time.

• Test run

If you select Test Run the report does not make changes on the database. The test run displays the appointments which will be changed.

Standard Variants

Output

The report changes the database table for the management of the table (NTMN).

The report creates a log which displays the appointment ID, the OU of the planning object, the ID of the incorrect planning object, the ID of the correct planning object and the executed action of the appointments to be changed.
