Purpose

You can use this report to create a batch input session for the Maintain Diagnoses for Case/Department function.

In this case a sequential dataset is read and processed. If you wish to test the reading of the sequential dataset first, you can run the report in test mode.

Selection

In the Selection for Creation of Batch Input Session group frame you determine the batch input session properties.

If you select Test Mode no batch input session is created, the field values are only displayed on the relevant screens. The test mode is suitable for checking the structure definition of the sequential dataset.

If you select Error Log, any errors are logged.

Standard Variants

Output

If you created a batch input session, you can edit it under System -> Services -> Batch Input -> Edit, e.g. analyse it.
