Purpose

The report provides a detailed overview of the

  • Released services which were entered with i.s.h.med functions
  • Patients for whom these services were performed
  • Employees who were involved in the performance of these services with these patients.

The result is displayed in a multi-level list, in which you can toggle between a compressed and an enhanced display.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

When selecting services, the following selection parameters are available for defining the display:

  • General parameters for service selection
You restrict the selection of services using the institution, service catalog, performing organizational unit, service and service date. In addition you can use the sex of the patient to influence the selection of services.
  • Services
You determine further properties using the selected services.
  • Individual Service
Is a medical service, which is not further expanded by the release (for administrative reasons).

  • Group Service
Is a service, to which a further service level is assigned.
This level results from the replacement or the release of medical performable group.

Note: When a performable medical group is released, the next (administrative) level is generated and provided for billing.
  • Medical Services

  • Are services which have the Medical indicator set in the service master.

  • Nursing Services

Are services which have the Nursing indicator set in the service master.
  • Include Canceled Services

Canceled services are also output if you select this checkbox.
  • Documented Services Only

Are services which were entered in an i.s.h.med dialog (these have an entry in the database table NLEM).
If you select this checkbox the system will only display group or individual services, which were assigned directly in i.s.h.med during service entry (documented services).
If you leave the checkbox empty, the system will also display individual services (administrative services) which were not directly assigned during service entry (lower level of service group).
  • Task
You determine which service information should be displayed. This is either:
  • Patients and employees

  • Material

  • Document category

If you select the document category option, the system checks whether a medical document exists for the service and displays a specific numerical field from this. You determine which medical document and which numerical field you wish to see.

Standard Variants

Output

The report creates a list with the selected services, patients, and employees. These are displayed in three levels:

  1. List of the services of a catalog
  2. Patients for whom a service was performed
  3. Employees who were documented for the performance using the "Involved Employees" function.

The list with the services is always displayed. A legend at the top of the list explains the meaning of the individual fields at each level. The list of services displays, for example, the service code with the short text and information on the case assignment (inpatient, outpatient case) and the sex of the patient. If you double-click on an entry, the system displays the next level for the selected entry. Double-clicking on a service displays all patients for whom the service was performed. Double-clicking on a patient displays the employees involved. You can collapse the display by double-clicking on a higher level.

At the end of the list the following totals are displayed:

  • How many different services of the selected catalog were performed
  • Number of services actually performed
  • On inpatients

  • On outpatients

  • On other patients

  • Overall total
