Purpose
The patient-related service overview displays all services for one or more patients.

Selection
The following selection parameters are available for controlling the execution of the report:
- Institution
- You must enter only one institution for the execution of the report. You should restrict the selection of services to a small quantity using the following selection parameters:
- Patient number
- You restrict the selection of services to one patient.
- Case number / All cases of patient
- You restrict the selection of services to one case. You can lift the restriction of the case number by selecting All Cases of Patient.
- Performing organizational unit
- You restrict the selection of services using the performing organizational unit.
- Service date
- You restrict the selection of services using the start date of the service performance (ACTUAL date).
- The selection of services only takes into account services which satisfy all restrictions.
- Involved employees
- Assigned materials
- Status history
- Canceled services
By selecting this indicator you determine which further information on the services, and whether canceled services, should also be displayed.
Standard Variants
Output
In the overview list the report groups the services according to the case. For each service the system displays the service code and short name, quantity, performing organizational unit, time of service performance, status, cancellation indicator, and employee responsible. If only the cases of one patient are displayed, patient data is additionally displayed in the header part of the list.
If you select a display of further information (e.g. Involved Employees) this information is displayed in additional rows for the service.
