Purpose

This report imports service master data and service assignments as well as medical and radiological enhancements from a file.

Integration

Service master data is exported with report RN1LSTEXP.

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

You can control the execution of the report with the following entries:

  • Services
In the Services group frame you determine which institutions and which service catalog you wish to import service master data for. You can transfer service master data from one service catalog (export system) into another service catalog (import system).
  • Assignments
In the Assignments group frame you determine which assignments should be imported. You can change the assognment type when importing by entering different assignment types for the export and import systems. The report will change the assignment type to the assignment type of the import system.
  • Processing
In the Processing group frame you determine the properties for the data import. You enter the path and file name of the import file and specify which data (database tables) should be imported for the services.
You can also run the report in test mode. If the select the Overall Log checkbox you will see an overview of the data records to be imported for each imported database table. The overall log displays all imported data records. Otherwise the report displays only the number of imported data records for each database table.
The error log displays all data records which could not be imported. During the import, data records which already exist in the import system cause error messages, which are displayed in the error log.

Standard Variants

Output

Depending on the entries on the selection screen, this report imports a file with data records from the service master data, service assignments and enhancements. The data records of the import file must have the sam format as an export file generated with report RN1LSTEXP.

Using the Processing group frame you can control the processing of the database tables to be imported as follows:

  • Import Services: Import service master data, database tables NTPK and NTPT
  • Import Assignments: Import service assignments, databadr table NTPZ
  • Import Medical Enhancements: Import medical and radiological enhancements, database tables N1TPM and N1TPP
  • Import User Information: Import radiological enhancements, database tables N1TPLOK, N1TPTA and N1TPLAB
