RN1ME_GENERATE_EVENTS - Medication: Event Generation

Purpose

The report generates medication events for medication orders in the internal status 'active'.

You can execute the test report in test mode, without actually making changes in the database. In this case the system creates a list with the events to be generated. However, these events are not yet actually generated.

Selection

In a selection screen you can enter the following selection criteria and thereby determine which orders should be selected for processing (i.e. for event generation).

• Institution

• Nursing organizational unit (is the documenting OU; multiple selection possible)

• Order ID (multiple selection possible)

• Date from - to

• Time from - to

• Duration in hours

You can use this criterion as an alternative to entering values in the "Date To" and "Time To" fields

• Case type

• Inpatient

• Outpatient

• Both

Output

The event generation horizon for the events is determined from the drug master data using the generation rules (e.g. for administration, dispensing, etc.).

The report creates a list of all orders in the selection period and the generated events. If an event could not be generated (for example, because the case is locked at the time of the execution of the report), the program will write a corresponding error message on the list.
