Purpose

You can use this program to transfer drug data maintained in a pharmacy system into the i.s.h.med drug catalog.

Integration

Prerequisites

The pharmacy system must also be an SAP-based system.

Features

Selection

In the General Data group box on the selection screen, specify in which institution and on which system the drug catalog to be maintained is located.

In the selection data you can determine which drugs you want to process in the drug catalog. The drugs can be selected by specifying general parameters (e.g. PZN), material number or mnemonic in an external catalog.

Specify the action to be performed with the selected data. You can choose from the maintenance of fill source, purposes or general parameters.

Maintain Fill Sources

When you specify the organizational unit, the system determines the associated fill source. You can add the selected drugs to or remove them from the fill source by choosing the respective function.

Maintain Purposes

You can define for which purpose (administration, dispensing or prescription printout) the selected drugs can be used.

Maintain Parameters

For the selected drugs, you can add a general parameter, change the value of the parameter, cancel and re-activate the parameter.

You can execute a test run of the program (without changes to the database).

Standard Variants

Output

The program displays a list containing all data processed and indicating any errors.
