RN1REP00 - Correct Medical Record Cancellation

Purpose

This report checks whether all assignments to a canceled medical record have been deleted and deletes any which still exist.

Medical records and their assignments are managed using document management records (database table NDOC). If a medical record is deleted all the document management records for the medical record must also be deleted. The report checks the deletion indicator in all document management records for a deleted medical record, and sets this if necessary.

Enter the document type for which you wish to execute the report.

Standard Variants

Output

In the document management records (database table NDOC) the report changes the fields concerning the cancellation.

The report displays the number of changed document management records.
