RN1UPPR0 - Derivation of NRS Classifications

Description
The report RN1UPPR0 automatically derives nursing services for the classification of patients into patient groups (nursing categories) for nursing staff regulation (NSR), on an OU-specific basis.
In a log the report shows you an overview of the patient classifications made as well as a total of classifications successfully made.
The evaluation only takes into account patients for whom you have planned or performed nursing services for the evaluation period during service processing.
Unlike report RN2UPPR0, you can use report RN1UPPR0 to make two types of classification:
- Only relevant in Austria: Prospective classification: Made for patients whose nursing services have been planned (ordered);
- Retrospective classification is used for patients with services which were released (confirmed) for the past.
On the selection screen of the report you can now set indicator G1/S1 and determine that patients without nursing services automatically receive level of care G1/S1. The indicator is not set as standard. The report overwrites previous manual classifications on these days.
If you do not set the indicator and no nursing services are documented for the patients, the report assigns no level of care to the patient for the evaluation period.
Requirements
In the selection criteria enter the institution, the evaluation start date and at least the organizational unit or the case number. The system will also accept the placeholder "*" as the organizational unit.
You can restrict the output by entering appropriate selection conditions.
The following conditions must be met:
- The prerequisites described for the IS-H report RNVPPR01 for NSR evaluations apply here.
- Enter the following institution-specific and time-independent parameters for the medicine/nursing area in i.s.h.med:
- N1PFLKAT catalog for nursing planning
- N1PFLZUO in-house service catalog to NSR catalog assignment
Output
The report lists the patients for whom a case classification could be performed. One line of the output corresponds to an NSR classification made for a specific day.
